Terpenes

Terpenes are naturally occurring chemical compounds found in plants and are responsible for different scents, flavours and even colouring.

Terpenes in cannabis are what make different strains taste and smell different. While terpenes won’t make you feel high in the traditional sense the dominant terpenes of your chosen strain will interact with the THC and CBD profile creating different experiences. For example, two strains with similar levels of THC and CBD will produce very different experiences based on the terpenes.
